Linen and exit cleaning are included in the total rent to pay (it is not an option)

- Main entrance with a cloakroom, toilets, big living room with fireplace, very well equiped americain kitchen, a big bedroom with bathroom with shower, WC and dressing room. The bedroom can accomodate wheelchairs. Beds 180x200 (2bed bases, 2 mattresses)

First floor (all rooms are spacious)

1 beautiful bedroom with bathroom and toilet (beds: 160 x 200 (2 bed bases, 2 mattresses), 1 charming bedroom with shower room (2 beds 80 x 200), a small bedroom for a child with 1 bed 80 x 190 + 1 elevated bed (80 x 190), 1 big bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Beds: 180x200 (2bed bases, 2 mattresses), 1 independant toilet.

Second part

1 big independant studio adjacent to the house (2 beds of 90 x 200, 1 small pullout bed, 1 shower room, + toilet)
The studio is accessible through a beautiful outside stone staircase. It can communicate with the first floor if necessary.

1 beautiful heated swimminbg pool, 32m2 and a 40 m2 wood patio. Barbecue.
